[Fix] Target info scrollbar Bug

it's me again with other fix 
the Bug : it's the scrollbar when you see the info of a metin or boss or any mob that's contain for example 4 items
and then see the info of other mob that's contain only 2 or 3 item the scrollbar still appear even if there's no need to scroll down 
i've fixed it and i wanna share the solution with you .
